The Rackspace Cloud System Status

As of 1:10pm CDT, Rackspace Cloud engineers are investigating degraded performance issues within our Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) data center affecting sites hosted in this data center. Sites may experience intermittent slow load times or present "No Suitable Nodes" errors.  We are currently working to resolve this issue and will update the status post accordingly.

UPDATE: As of 1:37pm CDT, our engineers continue to address the current slowness issues.  The team is engaged and working to quickly restore service.  Additional details to follow.

UPDATE: As of 2:10pm CDT, all sites in our DFW data center are now resolving properly. We will continue to monitor all clusters.

UPDATE: As of 2:39pm CDT, our internal monitoring is indicating that some systems are still degraded.  Our teams are engaged and actively working to correct.

3:45pm CDT Rackspace Cloud engineers are investigating degraded performance issues within our Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) data center affecting sites hosted in this data center. Sites may experience intermittent slow load times.

4:10pm CDT Rackspace Cloud engineers are still investigating the degraded performance in the DFW data center. Sites utilizing CGI are seeing more degradation then non-CGI sites at this time. We continue to work to resolve these issue. We will update the status post as more information is available.

Cloud Sites - DFW | PHP 5- 4 | Online

2:43pm CDT Rackspace Cloud administrators are seeing slow response and some "No Suitable Nodes" errors for sites on php cluster 5-4 in our Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) data center. We are currently working to resolve these issues and will update the status post accordingly.

3:00pm CDT Rackspace Cloud administrators are seeing increased performance throughout the cluster but continue to work on a full resolution.
