At approximately 8:15 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified a network traffic issue within DFW2 pod in our DFW Data Center that is affecting FTP and website connectivity.Currently, customer sites or FTP connections may be down or experiencing latency in their connectivity. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.
Update: At about 9:00 AM, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team continues to work on a network traffic issue within our DFW Data Center that is affecting multiple clusters (SSL, PHP, FTP, and other services).
Update: At 9:25 AM, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team continues to work on the issue within our DFW Data Center that is affecting multiple clusters (SSL, PHP, FTP, and other services).
Update: At 9:45 AM, the issue in our DFW DC has subsided. The Rackspace Cloud Operations team has made configuration changes to mitigate the effects of this issue. Those affected services are functional, and we will continue to monitor closely.
