At approximately 1:15 PM CT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on PHP 5-25 in our DFW data center. Currently, the cluster is running in a degraded state. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.
UPDATE: As of 2:05 PM CT, our Engineers made configuration changes to mitigate the effects of the issue. The issue is now resolved. Services are back to online status.
