At the close of our SAT to ORD migration at approximately 6:00AM CT on 1/15, our engineers identified an issue with synchronization of data for some (not all) MySQL databases. Please note that our Engineers are currently working on re-synchronization and replication of this data as quickly as possible.
Some customers may experience one or more of these symptoms:
• MySQL data that is not fully synchronized (appears to be older data)
• Missing Table/s
*[Update 1/15 - Today]* Our Cloud Sites Engineers continue to work on the above mentioned database issues. Our Rackspace Cloud Engineers continue working through the DB replication issues. The Engineers are proactively targeting and resolving DB issues in our ORD Data Center.
At this time Rackspace Cloud Engineers have resolved this issue. We are not aware of any continuing issues.
