Email DNS: Pending

Some customers are reporting that they are unable to resolve dns for their mail.domain.com servers via email programs or webmail. If you are experiencing this issue you can temporarily correct the issue by altering your mail server names to mail.emailsrvr.com. Sine this issue is related to a problem outside the Mosso networks our support team will be happy help you determine where the DNS breakdown is occurring  and help direct you to the fix. PHP5 - Cron - Restored

This morning at 4:00 am CST, Mosso experienced an network outage on one of our storage devices. This effected CRON, CGI and various PHP servers. PHP5: Fixed

As of 10:00 am CST.  We have had multiple calls about sites that are having issues with mbstring errors.  Our System Operations team is investigating the issue. We will post an update once we have more information on the current status. As of 3:30 PM CST Mosso Engineers are releasing a fix to the current PHP5 php.ini files which will correct  this issue.  All servers in rotation will be updated and soem sites may still see the error while the fix is propagating across the cluster. Control Panel Status: Online

SSL Cluster Status: Online
